If you're on some Unix flavor, you should be able to deconstruct the return code from the runzope process to determine if the app was killed by a signal and, if so, which. If it's a segfault, you should be looking for signal.SIGSEGV. I'd be very interested in hearing if Expat is implicated. -Fred -- Fred L.
