Well, I wouldn't want to apply the patch for Z3, as we use reST on the file system and include and raw have legitimate uses. In fact, I think include and maybe even include of "system" files could have use in some TTW applications. In fact, Tres' patch would make it hard to a well-written 3rd-party Zope 2 app to use raw in legitimate way. Don't get me wrong. I like Tres' patch.
