[Zope] Help! How to configure Apache and Zserver?

      Hello,
        I installed zope under linux.now i want to
configure apache to zope.for that i edit the httpd.conf file

RewriteEngine on
RewriteCond %{HTTP:Authorization} ^(.*)
RewriteRule ^/Zope(.*) /home/httpd/cgi-bin/Zope.cgi$1
[e=HTTP_CGI_AUTHORIZATION:%1,t=application/x-httpd-cgi,l]

then i started zope and apache i tried to access zope
as "http://localhost/Zope" i am getting resourse not
found.what was the problem can you tell me.
