[Zope] Different instances of Zope

      I have been snooping around a little bit trying to see if it is possible
to run two instances of Zope on the same machine (but with a different port).
It looks like the dynamic information is kept in the "var" subdirectory
of the release.  Is it possible to start ZServer and tell it to use
a particular "var" directory?  Or is it common to simply copy whole
releases?
