Wow, that was quite spectacularly bollox typing wasn't it? ;-) The MEMS Exchange guys wrote a module called Oscar (or was that Grouch?) for checking the type/structure of ZODB's. If you care about strongish type checking, that'd be the place to look... cheers, Chris
