hi all, I recently installed Zope 1.10.3 for win32 over my existing Zope (which I think was an earlier 1.10). Everything has seemed to be fine but when I go to the root folder and click on the security tab, I get the traceback at the end of this message. I tried uninstalling zope (though not the win32 registry keys) and then re-installing (thinking the object database might be corrupt) but still have the same behavior. I'll probably get around to doing a full fresh reinstall of 1.10.3 (cleaning everything) later today but was wondering if anyone as run into this before? thanks greatly, Michael Wang-Helmke <html> <head> <title>exceptions.TypeError</title> </head> <body> Sorry, an error occurred.<p> <!-- Traceback (innermost last): File G:\pkg\Zope\lib\python\ZPublisher\Publish.py, line 877, in publish_module File G:\pkg\Zope\lib\python\ZPublisher\Publish.py, line 590, in publish (Info: /manage_access) File G:\pkg\Zope\lib\python\Globals.py, line 227, in __call__ (Object: manage_access) File G:\pkg\Zope\lib\python\DocumentTemplate\DT_String.py, line 513, in __call__ (Object: manage_access) File G:\pkg\Zope\lib\python\DocumentTemplate\DT_With.py, line 148, in render (Object: _.namespace(valid_roles=valid_roles())) File G:\pkg\Zope\lib\python\DocumentTemplate\DT_In.py, line 623, in renderwob (Object: permission_settings) File G:\pkg\Zope\lib\python\AccessControl\Role.py, line 124, in permission_settings (Object: ApplicationDefaultPermissions) File G:\pkg\Zope\lib\python\AccessControl\Role.py, line 127, in <lambda> TypeError: string member test needs char left operand --> </body> </html>
