[Zope] calling a method from a new instance

Hi, I have a Zclass and want an external method (loadExistingFiles.py) within the class to be run automatically after an instance of the class has been created. I would imagine that I would insert something at the end of the add() method of the Zclass. Any suggestions?? terry
