[Zope] Adding " Mail this page to a friend" to a zope site

Hi, I want to add a "Mail this page to a friend" script to a website I'm building in Zope. I've been searching for information and discovered it may be possible using Formulator or MailHost than I found something called MIME in a zope book and became confused. I didn't quite find the answer I was looking for. I am guessing that others before me have added a "mail this page to a friend" script to a zope site. How did you do it? regards Jan
