[Zope] problems with security with file objects

Hi there, I have word documents on my site. When the user wants to download them she is presented with a authentication dialog. It is enough just to cancel it. However this is very distracting, and a user normally assumes she has hot the appropriate rights. This even happens when I am logged in into the ZMI and want to download the document. Help will be very much appreciated! thanks Robert
