I had some basic questions:
How do I make URIs case insensitive? Would mod_speling/mod_negotiation work?
I have seen a way in Apache. I forgot about it because I really dislike case insensitivity.
Has anyone had success using squid to maintain high-availability with or without ZEO?
Squid is not meant for "high-availability" but for "high-throughput".
