Finally, turns out we have a calltracck system (Scopus) with a poor user interface.
It's hosted in Sybase. I note Zope has various SQL interfaces. Do you think it's an adequate tool to put a nice web front end on a legacy tracking system via SQL?

We find the SQL integration (formerly known as Aqueduct) in Zope to be pretty spiffy. And it is decently documented...not the programming stuff, but certainly building web front ends to databases.
