Thanks for the reply, I have managed to get everything to work now - I had to download the zlib module from the python homepage & deamon does work (I must have had a blackout or something :-) ). Zope looks really good, and I want to start using squishdot immediatley! Sorry to everyone for such a stupid posting in the first place.
