[Zope] ZClasses bug?

Is this a bug or a feature? Only the base ZClasses' property sheets are visible. For instance ZClass A is a base class for ZClass B. I can add property sheets to the ZClass B, but they aren't visible in B instances. However, if I add property sheets in A, they are visible in B instances.
