[Zope] <dtml-call> "manage_changeProperties" problem

hi all I try wrote a DTML Method to let anonymouse user to create their new own homepage I use manage_clone first and open "all" permission for anonymouse under /XXX then it worked... but when I try use manage_changeProperties to init some properties from anonymosue user input ...I alwasy got "authorize request" from server ... can't manage_changeProperties work throught "anonymous" permission ??
