I have created an Internationalisation SIG http://zdp.zope.org/sigportals/i18n
Take a look at the I18N product on http://www.zope.org/Members/tseaver/ZI18N Not what i use, but it works in a similar way.
I have added this link to my home folder and it now appears in the Portal. Subjects and Topics are still missing in the Portal. Greetings, Maik Röder
