If it's a DTML Method, you could do <dtml-var "whatever.whateverelse.object(_.None, _)"> There is also a _.render method that I've never had occasion to use. Also, if you want to make things a bit more generic and work somewhat like the Redirector, you could also do a <dtml-var "REQUEST.resolve_url(the_new_complete_url)(_.None, _)"> All untested, but will hopefully help you along...
