[Zope] queries

so i have a query established. i do a search on my site and get 20 results. my return pages shows me 10 and tells me "next" to view the next 10. well, i hit next and it as if the search forgot what it was doing. my return page now has every document on site. i am passing the qs string but that doesn't seem to matter. is there something else i am not passing that i should be? (if anyone know where i read the docs on this that would be great - i could not find any on zope.org.) thanks, kyle
