Then you need to debug the problem by yourself, I'm afraid. There are some changes between version 2.4.x and 2.6.x, like in example to use a different Python. Provided you've installed the same set of products and its respective versions, most of the times to start Zope using the other Data.fs works. If possible, do not migrate by import/export but by copying your "Data.fs".
Your sugestion, unfortunally didn't work. The same error is generated.
