The ZClass/Folder can have a simple lines property, which serves as a sheet where the order of objects can be edited. Than you can include a DTML method, which can edit this particular property. Look at the managment screen of the views of a ZClass, there is a nice method to change the order, by marking one and making this the first. Just for an example. The day has come, and I am beginning to code in Zope.
The first thing I need to create is a ZClass, inheriting from Folder, where the order of the objects it contains is persistent, and can be changed by the users. That is, I want the user to be able to move the fifth object to be third in the list.
User interface issues aside, any ideas on how to implement this?
