Apache must be able to access (for execute) both: /var/lib/zope/Zope.cgi /home/soli-con/ipOffice/Zope.cgi *And* write to the PCGI socket(s) listed inside those scripts, and exec the pcgi-wrapper programs listed inside them as well.
