epydoc seems to be the best tool for automatically documenting Zope, but it's difficult to get it to run (over all of zope) and occasionally the generated pages seem to be missing information. See discussion at http://zopewiki.org/epydoc . We should discover and document a reliable procedure for generating complete zope epydocs, any help welcome.
I'd really like to see more use of Epydoc, especially once we've got a nice recipe for running it on a large set of packages. It's actually quite nice when all you want to look at is the documentation -- much better than just browsing the code directly, and the ReST support is good. -Fred -- Fred L.
