even if I write the RewriteRule, it always end up in "you are not allowed to access this ressource.

There are at least two possibilities that I have stumbled on: 1. I misspelled AUTHORIZATION in the rewrite role (S instead of Z) 2. I copied everything from one computer to another and then nothing worked anymore - the reason was that the other machine had the default 1.2.6 Apache, whereas the rewrite rules work for authorisation starting from 1.3.0 ----------------- Hannu
