[Zope] Starting a new database with MySQL

Greetings, I'm trying to start a new database with Zope's MySQL but I'm having trouble with the Database Connection String. The suggestions that have been given to me haven't worked, and I've been unable to locate documentation that answers this question. What should I put in there?
