[Zope] factoring and personnel

Zope can separate data, logic, and presentation and have them all available as managed content. As we begin to mix Zope into our legacy site, I'm wondering how best to leverage this. In particular, I'm wondering about how not to have the two people who know Zope now have to do everything that uses Zope, without expecting staff who have enough trouble as it is with HTML trying to cope with Python or SQL or even the more esoteric parts of DTML. Has anyone written up more details on this subject, for instance, guidance on how to get the best fit between your staff's expertise and Zope's factoring capabilities? Has anyone laid out the training needs for staff specializations? Chris
