ok, so stability - wise, x3 is ok to use. I understand the framework was rebuilt from the ground up with components and interfaces and some other cool stuff. Zope X3 will become plain Zope 3 when Zope 2-compatibility work is done.
There are other dimensions to it, but that's the basic part.
