Sorry, I panic for nothing...... I just had to restart my machine... In fact, I could access my zope through http://machine:8080/ and not through http://localhost:8080/
I still do not know why, but now, it works.
So, I am really really sorry to have sent you a mail for nothing, mea culpa, I won't panic next time!
