thanks. but I wanted a funtion to check if it is an authenticated or anonymous user, and the docs say that REQUEST.AUTHENTICATED_USER is insecure since it can be changed, hence I wanted a python version of SecurityGetUser so I could use in a python script. any pointers to that... thanks, AM Charlie Reiman wrote:
