[Zope] import of "PythonScript" is unauthorized

      At attempt of import 

import PythonScript 
from Products.PythonScripts.standard import html_quote
request = container.REQUEST
RESPONSE =  request.RESPONSE

I receive the following mistake

Error Type: ImportError
Error Value: import of "PythonScript" is unauthorized

I have checked in Sequrity all rights for all
usercategories, but it has not helped.

How it to treat?
