[Zope] Apache1.3.11 & mod_fastcgi2.2.2 & Zope2.1.4

Hello, All. I am a Zope newbie. I am trying to connect Apache to ZServer by using mod_fastcgi. But Apache complains that the "-pass-header" option of FastCgiExternalServer directive is invalid.
