It looks as if you have python installed in /u/c2/hjlu/lwc_zope... rather than /usr/local/... or something like that. Either the Makefile is missing, or the build procedure is looking in the wrong place.
Does any of you know where to obtain the Python-dev files? I searched all over www.python.org but could not find anything on Python-dev.
