[Zope] Uploading a file to a SQL DB

I am trying to upload a file to a database and store it in an image field. I am using MS SQL as the server and am able to do it with other scripting languages but have not been able to figure out how to do it with Zope. Does anyone have an example of how to do this? TIA Stuart
