[Zope] ANNOUNCE: ZOracleDA v2.1.0 released

I'm proud to announce the release of the new v2.1.0 instantiation of the ZOracleDA product. This provides two advantages over the previous release: * Integration with the Zope2 transaction machienery * Full thread safety (level 3 DA) In addition, we've tried to resolve all outstanding issues that we could reproduce.
