My problem is, the firt hit is ok, but all the links are towards the base url : http://localhost:8080/...
Yes, because you aren't telling zope to rewrite the URLs. You should create a VirtualHostMonster instance, and change your RewriteRule according to the documentation you get when you click on the VirtualHostMonster instance.
