[Zope] Content-Transfer-Encoding for file uploads does work

I have tried to upload a form with a file in it with Content-Transfer-Encoding: base64 and all I got at the Zope side was a file with the encoded data I have checked the cgi.py in ZPublisher and it seems Content-Transfer-Encoding is not implemented there!!
