I got this error after updating LoginManager, but, not the PTKDemo which caused these errors. Have you tried upating PTKDemo via CVS (if you're using PTK)? After I updated these errors went away, or updating any Products you have that use the LoginManager? It could be related to an old LoginManager instance hanging around.
