[Zope] Issue Tracker

Hi all, I'm newbie in zope. I saw that there's an opportunity to use a issue tracker (http://www.zope.org/Members/peterbe/IssueTrackerProduct) But one thing I don't understand for the installation is the CVS stuff. What am I sensing to do? Browse the CVS Root? Install a CVS client and do something? Thanks
