[Zope] can't deal with import error

Hi, I still can't get past the import errors of the form : Error Type: ImportError Error Value: import of "argv" from "sys" is unauthorized I have tried looking at External methods, adding products and setting security properties, all of which make not effect please offer some advise tks Phill
