Depends on who packaged it.  Try:

  $ rpm -qil zope

which should list all the files installed by the RPM.  Guessing:

SOFTWARE_HOME:

   - /usr/share/zope-2.6.1

   - /usr/lib/zope-2.6

INSTANCE_HOME

   - /var/lib/zope
