[Zope] Connect String for mysql with SQLRELAY

Hallo, does anybody know how to connect to a mysql database with SQLRELAY (the brand new adapter?) The form-help says: The connection string used for Z SQLRleay Database Connections are as follows: hostname portnumber username password but that´s not enough - where is the Database connecting to.
