For a recent project we are using csstoxslto to convert HTML to XSL-FO. Using an XSL-FO processor you can produce RTF, PDF etc. from a single source. I recommended using the commercial Xinc processor for PDF over the free Apache FOP processor (which sucks totally). -aj
