[Zope] Failed to connect with ODBC Sybase System 10/12 driver

Hello, I have an Excel file to get DB records through ODBC Sybase System 10/12 driver. If I run the file within VB editor of Excel, it is working. However, if loaded into Internet Explorer by ASP, and click the file name on IE, it can not work( always failed to connect to ODBC). Could you like to tell me what is happened? Many thanks.....
