[Zope] flux 0.2 release

flux is a Python module that helps to implement workflow based applications. Unlike other Zope based solutions flux doesn't require Zope. It is simple, flexible and powerful. Documentation is included in the file flux.html and an example can be found in the file test.py The 0.2 release has a new and much improved API, the complete changelog is attached.
