Usually, you define indexes via the "Indexes" tab of a catalog. However, your earlier message indicates that your catalog is somehow broken. I expect you did not get a response because this does not usually happen and we all do not know what is wrong with your setup. Try to create a new Catalog. Is its "Indexes" tab broken, too? Dieter
