Hi Norman, ZCatalog prior to 2.30 doesn't work too well with rewrite's etc. See the following on how to fix it: http://www.zope.org/Members/4am/SiteAccess/patch I believe this has been fixed in 2.3.0. I'm also not sure if using Zope.cgi is different, as I use (& recommend) zserver. Ivan
