The ZPT list was created when Page Templates were new and shiny, and there was a decent volume of discussion about their design and usage. These days, there are only sporadic non-spam postings, and all of those could probably live comfortably on either zope-general or zope-dev.
Should this list be retired, or is there a good reason to keep it alive?
Personally I don't like the large number of individual lists, and would prefer more general lists. I don't know how many times I've picked up clues about things I would never have thought of using when I've seen references on technical discussion lists. A second disadvantage is that I already get a metric tonne of Mailman subscription confirmations every month.
