Hi zopers! I'm using ZopeLDAP1.0b2. I've tested it sucessufully with openldap and mssiteserverldap. I can do some filters really cool way. But now I want to authenticate users. Thats my problem. I've turned off anonymous access to my site and created a userLDAP folder with no prob, it lists my users. But when I go into netscape and enter the user+password in the auth window, I cant get users to authenticate, the same for cookies authentication. My users in ldap have an attribute roles = Manager, is that enough? I dont have nothing in the uid bind field, and I wonder if its necessary to put a manager there in order to be able to authenticate + being able to do querys(filters) what I already do. Any more documents, list, site where I can dig is apreciated info. Thanx.
