Ok I found the "\lib\python\StructuredText\regressions" and can see from there how the tables should look now. But now I have another problem. Danish characters mess up the formatting:

*This is italic allright*

...
This is italic allright
*But this is not ållright*
...
...
...
*But this is not ållright*
Is this a bug, or should I set a locale somewhere?

or whatever?
