[Zope] Updated How-To: Using Apache with ZServer (NOT Zope.cgi)

My How-To on using Apache with ZServer has been updated: http://www.zope.org/Members/anser/apache_zserver/ There are now examples for a partially Zoped document space as well as a completely Zoped virtual host. I don't have a complete solution for the SERVER_URL problem, but I do have a workable method for many cases. You need to get that variable set properly or the proxied pages pop up with bad HREF's all over the place. Let me know if you have any comments or suggestions, especially for the Zope coding problems mentioned at the end.
