[Zope] Document Library in Win2K

I have been using zope on a Linux box for a month or two and am quite fascinated with it. But I recently installed Zope on a Win2K machine and am having some trouble getting DocumentLibrary to work. It installed just fine, but every time I try to submit a document I get an error about: ErrorType: NameError ErrorValue: Except Does anyone know how to fix this?
