Try 
<dtml-in "use_cases.objectItems()">
<dtml-var "_['sequence-item'].id">
</dtml-in>

You can't iterate over a Folder, the <dtml-in> method only works with
lists. The objectItems method of an object retuns a list of the objects
in a folder.
